How the enquiry builder works

The form prepares a draft locally in your browser. It does not submit your entries to Percy Roc or a payment provider, and does not save them in browser storage. Opening your email application, copying or downloading the draft lets you decide whether to send it. Avoid confidential formulations in an initial enquiry.

When you email us

We use your name, business contact details and project summary to answer your request, assess suitability and prepare a proposal. Where applicable, this is processing to take steps towards a contract; for company representatives, we rely on legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries. This form does not subscribe you to marketing.

Providers and retention

Your email provider and our email services handle messages you send. The hosting service may process technical connection information to deliver and secure this website. Enquiry information is retained only as needed for the enquiry, agreed work and applicable recordkeeping; contact us for the retention arrangements relevant to your enquiry.

Your rights

Contact info@percyroc.se to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where applicable. You may complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). Some records must be kept for legal obligations. No payment-card data is collected on this website.
