Battery slurry
drying.
Develop microwave-assisted drying for battery slurries using controlled time and temperature conditions. Evaluate the moisture or solvent endpoint, quality and repeatability for your formulation.
A physical microwave setup delivered to your site. Your team operates locally under Percy Roc’s remote guidance, with 30 engineering hours including six agreed experiments, followed by a technical report and review. The mandatory 90-day programme costs SEK 120,000 excluding VAT. Percy Roc retains ownership.
Develop one agreed material or formulation using a physical setup at your premises. Your trained team operates the equipment locally under Percy Roc’s remote guidance; Percy Roc retains ownership. Delivery and use are subject to confirmed technical suitability, applicable conformity requirements, site readiness and safe operating conditions.
Agree six runs: one baseline/control, two screening runs and three confirmation runs. We confirm feasibility within the 30-hour allowance before signing.
Analyse the agreed in-house measurements and compare them with your baseline. Specialist external testing is quoted separately.
Receive a final report, data summary and recommendations. Buy more engineering hours or agree a new development phase if the evidence supports it.
These earlier Percy Roc experiments illustrate what could be achieved with the microwave hardware available through the programme. You define your material and programme goals; together we agree the experiments and success criteria. Battery slurry drying, GO-to-rGO reduction and PLA synthesis are examples, not a fixed menu. Suitability and achievable results are assessed for your material and the agreed hardware configuration.
Download all three case studies ↗Develop microwave-assisted drying for battery slurries using controlled time and temperature conditions. Evaluate the moisture or solvent endpoint, quality and repeatability for your formulation.

Explore microwave-assisted reduction of graphene oxide as part of advanced conductive-materials development, including battery and composite research.

For suitable, validated recipes, microwave technology can reduce processing to minutes, delivering rapid, efficient results while meeting agreed quality criteria.
The mandatory 90-day programme combines a customer-site physical setup, 30 engineering hours including six agreed experiments, and a separately priced final technical report and review.
You define your material and programme goals. Together we agree the six-run plan, baseline, success criteria and analyses. Confirm site readiness, operator training, applicable conformity and safety requirements before delivery and kickoff.
Your team operates the equipment locally under Percy Roc’s remote guidance. Review results and engineering hours at agreed milestones; approve additional work before it starts.
Receive the final technical report and review. Agree return arrangements or a separate continuation agreement; ownership remains with Percy Roc and there is no automatic renewal.
30 engineering hours cover the agreed experimental planning, remote guidance and interpretation, including six experiments. Final report preparation and the report review are covered by the separate SEK 15,000 fee. Specialist analyses are separately quoted. Research outcomes are not guaranteed.
SEK 120,000 excluding VAT is the mandatory 90-day programme price. The SEK 60,000 physical setup is one component of this programme, not a standalone offer. You operate locally under remote guidance; Percy Roc retains ownership.
Specialist analyses are separately quoted. The signed scope defines the configuration, experiment plan, delivery arrangements, operator training and permitted use. Delivery and operation require applicable conformity, safety and site-readiness approval.
Excluding VAT · invoice after scope approval

Download the programme offer ↓Additional engineering is available by separate quotation. Agree the extra hours, experiments and analyses before work begins. There is no automatic extension or subscription.
Your programme includes remote engineering guidance within the 30-hour allowance. Equipment ownership stays with Percy Roc. Return or continued-use arrangements are agreed in writing before the programme ends.
We agree the material, experimental plan, analyses and lawful operating basis before starting your programme.
Ask a technical question ↗The mandatory 90-day programme comprises a physical setup delivered to you (SEK 60,000), 30 engineering hours at SEK 1,500/hour including six agreed experiments (SEK 45,000), and the final technical report and review (SEK 15,000). All prices exclude VAT. Specialist analyses are separately quoted. The setup is not offered alone under this programme.
Agree the six experiments, baseline, conditions and measurements before kickoff. The experiments sit within the 30 engineering hours; there is no additional standard six-experiment fee. Any change of scope requires written agreement.
The physical setup is delivered to your site. Your trained team operates it locally under Percy Roc’s remote guidance. Percy Roc retains ownership. Remote guidance does not replace local operating procedures, operator responsibility or the approved safety controls.
At the documented kickoff after the signed scope, delivery, commissioning, operator training and required site, safety and conformity approvals. Clicking Start 90-day trial submits no order, takes no payment and does not start the programme clock.
Agree routine measurements and interpretation within the engineering scope. Specialist analyses such as XPS, Raman, SEC/GPC and electrochemical testing are separately quoted with their sample counts and methods.
Additional engineering is optional and separately quoted. We agree the extra scope and obtain written approval before additional work. Final report preparation and its review are covered by the separate SEK 15,000 fee, not deducted from the 30 hours.
Receive your final technical report and review, then return the equipment under the agreed arrangements or enter a separate continuation agreement. There is no automatic renewal or ownership transfer.
The equipment configuration, permitted materials and operating limits, local installation, training and applicable conformity and safety requirements must be approved. Customer-site use is conditional on these prerequisites; this offer does not claim CE conformity or a laboratory exemption.
No. Results depend on material and recipe. Earlier case studies do not establish performance of every configuration. IR-camera measurement up to 300°C is a measurement specification, not a verified process-temperature rating.
